Things to note:

• I use a battery powered mower which is perfect for small and medium size gardens, but can also manage large gardens too.
• Grass cutting is best done when it’s dry, as it can damage the lawn if it’s cut when wet.
• Please note that I can’t take away the grass cuttings, so it would be great if you had a green waste bin.
• In the summer, it can be beneficial to simply leave the cuttings on the lawn as they will act as a natural fertiliser. However, many people choose not to do this, as it looks better if they are removed.
• Edging the lawn once a year can make a big difference in how your lawn looks – it makes a lovely, neat divide between the grass and your flower beds.
